Anker PowerCore III 10K Wireless
Best overall
Perfect mix of wired and wireless charging
Anker’s PowerCore III has a 10,000mAh capacity and can charge up to three devices at the same time. It balanced capacity, cost, and features well enough that it’s our top pick.
- 10,000mAh capacity
- Charges up to three devices simultaneously
- Wireless charging
- Compact design
- Might need more capacity
- Might not need to pay for wireless feature
Whether you prefer wired or wireless charging, the Anker PowerCore III 10K Wireless has you covered. It’s a versatile power bank featuring one USB-A and one USB-C port, the latter of which can deliver up to 18W fast charging to a connected mobile device. Alternatively, a Qi-charging pad can wirelessly charge your phone, your wireless earbuds, or your tablet. But you will only get 10W wireless charging with Samsung phones, 7.5W with iPhones, and 5W with other smartphones.
There is a 10,000mAh battery inside that should be enough to charge most phones up to two times. And the company has included a slide-out hook to help you prop up your phone for hands-free media viewing. Anker doesn’t bundle a power brick, but that’s not unusual. However, you’ll get a USB-C to USB-C charging cable and a drawstring pouch to carry the power bank around. The pouch is spacious enough for the power bank and the charging cable, but nothing more. I’ve been using the 20,000mAh non-wireless version for quite a while now, and it has always been ready to deliver a charge when I need it.
Zendure SuperTank S5
Premium pick
Great for power users
Zendure’s SuperTank S5 comes at you with a massive 24,000mAh capacity, allowing you to charge your phone multiple times. It has two USB-C and one USB-A port, and it supports power up to 100W.
- Huge 24,000mAh capacity
- Up to 100W charging power via USB-C
- Support for PPS and fast charging
- Durable build
- Expensive
- Not as portable as some options
As the name suggests, the Zendure SuperTank S5 is a beast of a power bank. Not only can it charge laptops, but its 24,000mAh battery capacity is enough to juice up your phone completely three or four times. It comes with two USB-C and one USB-A port. While one of the USB-C ports can deliver up to 100W of power, the other delivers up to a not-too-shabby 87W. So if you want, you can even charge two laptops simultaneously. The USB-A port is limited to 18W, enough to quickly charge phones and mobile accessories.
All popular fast charging standards are supported, including Programmable Power Supply (PPS) for your Samsung Galaxy or Pixel phones. And as the power bank itself supports fast charging, you can juice it up to 100% in just two hours with a 63W or higher USB PD power adapter. If you’d like a power bank that you can charge up and use multiple times without refueling, this should be a great choice.
HenHot 65W 20000mAh Laptop Portable Charger
Best value
Huge capacity for a great price
HenHot’s power bank is a great pick if you’re looking for a large capacity without overspending. It costs about $47 but comes with a 20,000mAh bank, allowing you to charge your phone multilple times on the cheap.
- Very reasonable price
- 20,000mAh capacity
- Up to 65W of charging power
- Might need more than 65W charging power
- Fewer ports than some other options
At $46 for a 20,000mAh capacity, this HenHot power bank is an excellent value. It supports charging everything from smartphones to laptops, and its built-in battery is enough to offer about three phone charges. Likewise, you should be able to run a laptop from the power bank for a few hours if you have a deadline to hit.
You get one USB Type-A and one Type-C port. While the Type-A port can deliver a maximum of 18W charger, the Type-C port can reach up to 65W for laptops. However, if you use both ports at the same time, you will only get 45W out of the Type-C and 15W from the Type-A. Plus, the power bank supports fast charging protocols such as USB Power Delivery, Qualcomm Quick Charge, and Samsung Super Fast Charge.
This power bank is very well rated despite its bargain pricing, and you can often find it on sale for less than the regular asking price. At the time of writing, Amazon is offering 10% off with coupon code 4XIBK5R9.
Baseus 20000mAh USB C Portable Charger
Affordable bank
No frills but not expensive
This Baseus power bank isn’t the most feature-laden option, but it’s affordable and comes with a 20,000mAh capacity. It can charge at up to 20W via USB-C, and the USB-A port supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge protocol.
- 20,000mAh capacity
- Dual USB-C, one USB-A port
- Great price
- Tops out at 20W power delivery
If you are looking for a no-frills power bank to charge your phone or tablet on the go, this Baseus power bank is another good budget option. It houses a 20,000mAh battery and comes with USB-A and USB-C charging ports. There is also a MicroUSB port, which you can use to charge the power bank itself.
Baseus says the USB-A port supports Qualcomm’s Quick Charge protocol (up to 18W), whereas you get USB PD support (up to 20W) on the Type-C port. So you may not get the fastest charging speeds on every phone with this portable battery, but you’ll still get quick charging. Unfortunately, the Baseus power bank is not suitable for charging laptops or even low-power devices like wireless earbuds or fitness trackers.
Expect to pay about $30 for this bank, with frequent discounts to make it even cheaper. At the time of writing, Amazon is knocking 20% when you click the coupon option on the product page.

You might not need it every time you enjoy some wilderness air, but you’ll be so glad you have it when an emergency arises. To top things off, it includes a 50-lumen flashlight built right in and ready to go whenever you need it.
Its 19,200mAh battery capacity is enough to offer multiple charges to your phone or tablet, and laptops will get about one charge depending on the device. There are two USB-A ports that can deliver up to 15W charging and a fast-charging USB-C port that tops out at 60W. The USB-C port is also used to juice up the power bank, and thanks to USB PD support, you can charge it up in just 1.5 hours with a 60W power brick.
Zendure SuperMini Portable Charger
Travel-friendly
Big capacity, small size
This Zendure SuperMini power bank is small enough to fit in your pocket, yet it has a 10,000mAh capacity and up to a 20W power delivery for quick charging.
- Compact size
- 10,000mAh capacity
- Up to 20W of charging power
- Can handle two devices similtaneously
- 20W won’t be enough for some people
- Might need a larger capacity for extended trips
Looking for a small power bank that can quickly charge your phone? Look no further than the Zendure SuperMini Portable Charger. Smaller than a credit card, the power bank comes in six colors to better match your style. The 10,000mAh capacity has enough juice to recharge your phone up to two times. Plus, it supports 20W charging using both USB Power Delivery and Quick Charge, whichever fast charging protocol your phone supports.
You get two charging ports to top up two devices simultaneously, but it’s only suitable for phones, tablets, and low-power devices. You won’t be able to juice up your laptop with it, but it’s still a great option if you prefer to travel light.
Baseus 100W Portable Laptop Charger
Cover all devices
Tons of charging for phones and laptops
The Baseus Blade has a 20,000mAh capacity and can output up to 100W of power, making it great for phones, tablets, and laptops. It’s on the expensive side, but it’s the ultimate pick for multi-platform users.
- Up to 100W of charging power
- 20,000mAh capacity
- Passthrough allows the bank to charge while in use
- Expensive
- Larger than other options
From 100W power delivery support to a relatively large 20,000mAh battery capacity, the Baseus Portable Laptop Charger has a lot going for it. You can use it to charge everything from your phone and tablet to your laptop and smartwatches. It has two USB-A and two USB-C ports to juice up multiple devices simultaneously; while the USB-C ports are individually capable of delivering up to 100W of power, the USB-A ports top out at 30W.
In other features, the power bank itself supports 65W charging, allowing you to fuel it up in about an hour and a half. Power passthrough is also available, allowing you to charge a device while charging the power bank itself. But you can only get 65W power while the power bank is charging. Otherwise, it’ll shut down to protect itself.
This is a well-rated and extremely popular power bank. Though it costs more than a lot of other options, it’s comfortable acting as your only power bank across multiple devices.

mophie Powerstation XXL
Great for multiple devices
Charge up to three devices at once
The mophie Powerstation XXL, refreshed for 2023, is a sleek power bank with a 20,000mAh capacity, and its dual USB-A and single USB-C port lets you charge three devices simultaneously.
- Large 20,000mAh capacity
- Up to 20W charging power for phones
- Sleek design
- Not great for larger devices like laptops
Mophie has made a name for itself by consistently producing solid charging accessories, and its Powerstation XXL is no exception. It’s a good option if you are primarily looking for a power bank for your phone, tablet, or mobile accessories. However, the relatively modest 20W charging speed of its USB-C port makes it unsuitable for laptops and other high-powered devices.
Otherwise, the latest 2023 model of the mophie Powerstation XXL packs a huge 20,000mAh battery and can charge up to three devices simultaneously via its two USB-A and one USB-C port. The Type-C port is also used to charge the power bank and supports the USB PD standard. The dock itself is quite chunky and heavy, but the large capacity will come in handy when you’re caught away from an AC outlet for extended periods of time.
This should be a great option if you’re looking for a power bank to keep around the house or in a backpack, as its size sort of limits it from being a perfect travel companion.
Anker 633 Magnetic Battery (MagGo)
Best magnetic bank
Snap it to your phone and let it charge
This Anker MagGo battery pack can attach to your phone (with a MagSafe case or adapter for Android) and charge while you move. It can also serve as a wireless charging platform while you’re stationary.
- 10,000mAh capacity
- Up to 20W power delivery
- Can attach to your phone or serve as a wireless charging platform
- Requires a MagSafe case or adapter for Android
- Relatively expensive
Android phones might not have built-in MagSafe compatibility, but by adding a great MagSafe adapter to the back of your phone — usually in the form of a magnetic ring or MagSafe case — you too can enjoy the wireless feature. If you have indeed set your phone up for MagSafe success, the Anker 633 MagGo might be just what you’re looking for.
Its built-in stand on the back lets it sit upright, upon which you can dock your phone for charging at your desk. When it’s time to get going, just flip the stand back into its slot and leave the power bank attached to your phone. It will keep charging as long as it’s connected, and the 10,000mAh capacity should get you more than a full charge. If you’re in a rush, you can also plug the bank into your phone with a USB-C port, which can hit up to 20W of power delivery.
The Anker 633 MagGo comes in black, blue, and white colors to better suit your phone’s style. It’s pricier than other options, but it’s a great choice for mobile gamers or travelers.

Goal Zero Sherpa 100PD
Huge capacity
Laptop and wireless phone charger
The Goal Zero Sherpa 100PD brings the best of both worlds, with a 15W wireless charging pad on top for your phone and up to 100W of power delivered via USB-C for your laptop. It’s compact, it’s built well, and it should work great at home or on the road.
- Can deliver up to 100W of power via USB-C
- Wireless charger on top with 15W of power
- Compact, durable aluminum design
- Small LCD screen for power status
- 25,600mAh capacity
- Quite expensive
- Overkill if you don’t have a phone with wireless charging abilities
Goal Zero’s fourth-gen Sherpa 100PD is an expensive power bank, but it’s designed to work in pretty much any situation and with multiple devices. It’s built primarily from a solid chunk of aluminum for tons of durability, and embedded into the top is a wireless charging pad with up to 15W of power. There are also two USB-A ports with up to 12W maximum output and as a USB-C port with up to 100W output (and 60W input for recharging the bank).
The 25,600mAh capacity provides the potential for multiple device recharges. Most Chromebooks should be able to get a full recharge and most of a second, there’s lots of power for five or more phone recharges, and even tablets should be able to get a couple of charges. To keep track of levels, a small LCD screen is embedded into the front with output and charge percentage stats.
This should be a top option for anyone concerned about durability, and its wired and wireless charging options provide plenty of versatility across devices.
Getting the best power bank for your phone and laptop
As you can see, there are plenty of excellent power banks to choose from. For phones, we suggest a 10,000mAh power bank because it offers the right balance between portability and capacity. But if you often need to charge multiple devices or spend extended time away from AC power, a power bank rated at 20,000mAh or higher will make more sense. Note that all of our recommendations carry a battery rated less than 100Wh, which is the FAA-mandated size limit for unauthorized rechargeable batteries on an airplane (i.e., passenger batteries). Just make sure to keep them in your carry-on baggage.
Additionally, as the 5,000mAh power banks can struggle to offer one full charge to some larger phones, you should only buy them if portability is most important. When you just need a few hours of extra charge for a crunch situation — such as getting stuck in a subway car for two hours when the line breaks down again — these ultra-light power banks can save your sanity and your phone while being slim and lightweight enough to just live in your pocket or purse. After all, no power bank can do you any good unless you remember to bring it with you.
Our editor’s choice, the Anker PowerCore III 10K Wireless, is an excellent option for most. It comes from a reputed brand and offers wired and wireless charging support. So even if you don’t have a charging cable on hand, you’ll be able to charge your phone since Anker PowerCore III supports wireless charging.
On the other hand, the Zendure SuperTank S5 is perfect if you’re looking for a power bank that can also charge your laptop. This power bank has a massive 24,000mAh capacity and can deliver up to 100W power, enough to fast charge most MacBooks and all of the best Chromebooks.
The value-conscious buyers will appreciate HenHot’s 20000mAh Laptop Portable Charger. It’s less than half the price of Zendure’s S5, but it can still provide up to 65W charging through its USB Type-C port. Plus, it supports all common fast charging standards. If you’re looking for something even bigger, try our list of the best portable power stations.
